Kishore Kumar was my icon during my growing up years - I once dragged Baba to watch "Shabash Daddy" , cos it was his home production and I just wanted to watch the movie. Baba tolerated the 3 hours lunacy with a uff.....:) I loved Kishore the singer - no one could sing a romantic number the way he did - I could literally feel enveloped by the dark night , by the river , and the breeze playing truant ! My choice of music changed over the years, became more eclectic, modern, but KK remained my fave on rainy days and moony nights and the ups and downs. And when I am in need of some Dopamine - it is always this song tara rum pum pum......
